Fabulous 30s Vintage Fayre Photo Highlights

Posted on 19 September 2014

On Saturday 13th September, the Belgrade Theatre played host to its first ever Vintage Clothing and Craft Fayre in celebration of the opening of Peter Arnott’s new wartime drama, Propaganda Swing.

The event was held as part of this year’s Heritage Open Day programme and featured a range of specialist Vintage and Craft suppliers from Coventry and Warwickshire. As well as sampling a selection of specialist stalls selling vintage clothing, crafts and handmade goods, visitors were invited to learn more about the glamorous style inspiration behind our current production of Propaganda Swing courtesy of Vintage hair and makeup specialist Sarah Russell who was on hand to offer her top tips on perfecting the art of 1930s Hollywood glamour.

You can view a selection of photo highlights from the day by clicking on the image gallery icon to your right.

Propaganda Swing runs until Saturday 27th September at the Belgrade Theatre. Tickets are still available to book via our friendly Box Office staff either in person, over the phone via 024 7655 3055 or online, where tickets are cheaper.
