Kali Theatre has a strong reputation for creating challenging, thought-provoking theatre that deals with stories often ignored on British Stage. The Dishonoured is no exception, grappling with political issues, women’s rights and deception in a unique and gripping fashion. Dealing with a murder, political corruption and one man’s journey navigating Pakistan’s corridors of power as his world unravels around him. As riots break out and a personal crime breaks out onto the international stage, we have to wonder, surrounded by lies and deceit how do you work out who is telling the truth?
