The Physical Fellowship - Highly Sprung Fly the Flag for Human Rights

Today marks the start of the Fly The Flag campaign, celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

In honour of the occasion, Coventry-based physical theatre company Highly Sprung are exploring the theme of what it means to be human in this year’s Physical Fellowship, their annual physical theatre festival for children and young people, which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2019.

Ahead of tonight’s opening night performance, we spoke to co-director Sarah Worth and two of the young participants involved in Seen But Never Heard, a show created by Highly Sprung’s Sprunsters Advance group. Based on research into the work of Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre, Seen But Never Heard is inspired by the experiences of refugees.

Limited tickets for performances running 24-27 June are available to book now.
