Cinderella details

Is it too early to book for this year’s panto? Oh no it isn’t! The early bird gets the best seats and the best value tickets. Ugly sisters, handsome princes and glass slippers … don’t miss out!

The best-loved of all pantomimes, Cinderella is the all-time classic ‘rags-to-riches’ tale. Glass slippers, the Fairy Godmother, a pumpkin stagecoach and Prince Charming – it’s got all the ingredients for the perfect family Christmas treat – and you even get two Dames for the price of one with the Ugly Sisters!

This year’s show will once again be directed by panto veteran Iain Lauchlan and will star the Belgrade’s much-loved Dame, Andy Hockley, alongside a fantastic professional company and a host of local children.

For families right across the Midlands, the Belgrade’s legendary pantomime is an essential part of their Christmas celebrations. Famed for its lavish set designs, spectacular costumes and sparkling performances, this fun-filled festive show is always good value and guaranteed great fun!

This show has raised the bar again.
BBC Coventry & Warwickshire on last year's panto
This is a near perfect example of the art and craft of this singular British theatrical genre and in Lauchlan and Hockley, you have two master craftsmen – a must see.
Leicester Mercury on last year's panto
Resident Dame Andy Hockley, who has been donning the lurid frocks at the Belgrade for well over a decade now, knows exactly what it’s all about and, like a good wine, he seems to get better year-by-year.
