Screening as part of Japan 2020: Over 100 years of Japanese Cinema, a UK-wide film season supported by National Lottery and BFI Film Audience Network. 

Phizzical Productions, a company specialising in film curation, exhibition and production, led by artistic director Samir Bhamra (UK Asian Film Festival) presents a weekend of films exploring the connections and influences between India and Japan in cinema.

Featuring an eclectic collection of films and conversations as part of BFI Japan 2021, Coventry UK City of Culture 2021 and City of Peace and Reconciliation.

Four films will be screened over four days in the Belgrade Theatre’s first floor Screen Room. Follow the links below for more information about the individual films and to book you tickets.
