Join us for Afternoon Tea followed by a screening of the Gene Kelly classic Singing in the Rain in the intimate surroundings of our first-floor Screen Room.
A spoof of the turmoil that afflicted the movie industry in the late 1920s when movies went from silent to sound. When two silent movie stars’, Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont, latest movie is made into a musical a chorus girl is brought in to dub Lina’s speaking and singing. Don is on top of the world until Lina finds out.
Doors will open from 12.30pm with Afternoon Tea served from 1pm in our Nineteen 58 bar. You will then be escorted to our Screen Room to watch the musical classic starring Gene Kelly and Debbie Reynolds from 2pm.
