Are you looking for a space to unwind? Enjoy an hour of gentle and slow movement, guided meditation and sound therapy to help you relax completely.
All poses are seated on the mat and suitable for beginners and people of all ages.
You are welcome to bring your own mat with you to this session. We will have a limited number of mats available to borrow, however this is on a first come first served basis.
