Although live performances are temporarily on hold our Cafe is open and serving food and drinks in our spacious foyers. We look forward to welcoming you back.

A member of our Box Office Team will be in touch with anyone who has booked tickets for our Spring 2020 season of shows to arrange refunds, credits or to offer a rescheduled date.

We kindly request that you do not contact box office at this time, but instead wait for them to get in touch with you, in order to help speed up the process. We have a skeleton staff working from home, under difficult circumstances so we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work as quickly and effectively through this process as we can.

Phone lines are not currently open but if you paid for your tickets by cash and haven’t left contact details, or if the bank card you paid with has changed please let us know via boxoffice@belgrade.co.uk.

Any further updates will be announced on our website and via our social media channels: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

This situation has obviously put the Theatre under huge financial strain so if you feel able to donate part or all of the cost of your tickets it is very much appreciated. You can also make a donation to the Belgrade to help us through this difficult time.

We can’t wait to get back to offering you fantastic shows and events, and hope to have further information soon. Please support us by making sure you’re signed up for email and postal updates from us so we can get in touch with all the details as soon as they’re available.

In the meantime please visit our cafe and follow us on our social media channels where we’re providing all kinds of fun and engaging activity.

We want to assure everyone that the health and safety of our visitors and staff continues to be our priority. We are currently adhering to all guidelines issued by the British Government and Public Health England regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) risks. staying-covid-19-secure-accessible

The Belgrade Theatre Trust is a registered charity (number 219163). This means that all the money given, raised or earned is not distributed as profit but kept and reinvested in the work that we do. We rely on the continued support of our audiences, funders, corporate partners, Members and donors to ensure that we can continue to develop our artistic and education work and remain central to the communities that we serve.  Our normal terms and conditions continue to apply and refunds or credits will be made for any cancelled performances.

We are monitoring this fast changing situation daily and will continue to review the situation. Thank you for your patience and for your continued support.
