Box Office Info

Update – 23 March 2020

Following last week’s Government announcements, we can confirm that the Theatre is closed to the public until Saturday 16 May and all performances until that date have been cancelled. Our Box Office will be in touch with anyone who has booked tickets to arrange refunds or credits, and we will continue to review our plans for other forthcoming shows and events. Please bear with us as we work through this and avoid contacting Box Office if possible, as our phone lines are currently extremely busy. Any further updates will be announced on our website and social media channels.

Those who would like to make a donation to support the Belgrade Theatre at this difficult time can do so online here.

Book online

Go to the What’s On section of this website select your event and click Book tickets. Nearly all of our tickets are cheaper when booked online. It’s easy, secure and you can choose your own seats. Online booking for a performance ends one hour before the performance starts.

Booking Fee

A booking fee of up to £1.50* will be added to all tickets sold over the phone or at the counter at The Belgrade Theatre. This small fee is part of the published ticket price and will enable us to be less reliant on public subsidy, and the income raised will be invested back into the organisation to help support the Theatre’s wide ranging Community activities.

*Exceptions to the fee will include schools and group bookings as well as all tickets booked online. A reduced booking fee applies to Family Tickets.

Reservations are held for three days or until 30 minutes before the performance, whichever is sooner.

Tickets are non-refundable but exchanges can be made at £2.50 donation per ticket and subject to availability. No charge for Members.

Refund Protection

Tickets are non-refundable, but TicketPlan Refund Protection, protecting you against cancellation resulting from accidents, unexpected illnesses and other unspecified unforeseen circumstances, is available for most on-line bookings. Full details are provided in the Refund Protection section and in the TicketPlan terms and conditions which are in the Download section to the left of this page. TicketPlan protection costs £1.50 per ticket and is an optional service administered by TicketPlan on behalf of the Belgrade Theatre. It is not an insurance policy.

The Belgrade reserves the right to alter discounts and prices at any time and to refuse admission.
