Performance Ensemble x Belgrade Over 60s Hub is a project seeking to celebrate creativity, community, and visibility for Coventry’s over-60 population by providing an inclusive space where older adults can explore performance, storytelling, and collaboration.

Through a partnership between the Belgrade Theatre and The Performance Ensemble, the groups aims to challenge stereotypes of ageing, promote wellbeing through artistic participation, and amplify the voices of older people in the city’s cultural life.

The ultimate goal is for participants to co-create and perform an original piece of theatre that reflects their lived experiences, fosters intergenerational understanding, and strengthens Belgrade’s commitment to community-led work.
