As part of UK Asian Film Festival we are delighted to be hosting five film premieres, socially distanced in our B2 auditorium, including the world premiere of The Beatles and India.

The UK Asian Film Festival (UKAFF) is the world’s longest running and UK’s most loved South Asian film festival. Produced by Tongues on Fire Limited, UKAFF brings people together to enjoy electrifying untold stories and bold new cinema.

At a time of global unrest, the curation of UKAFF this year is inspired by the theme Ray Of Hope.

This year’s line-up highlights stories of resilience and bravery, celebrating those who dare to take a stand against oppression and injustice. At a time of great division and inequality, these are characters, stories and storytellers daring to draw a line in the sand and say we can and should be better, through films that highlight inclusivity, kindness and above all empathy.

These films have been selected by five Coventry locals, after training in film curation.
